Our Sales Professionals have a passion for lingerie and a natural warmth. As a lingerie brand intent on redefining the client experience as one that is body positive and fun, we look for individuals who will contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic, confidentpositive and detail-oriented with at least 2 years of experience in retail customer service. Lingerie industry experience considered an asset. As a representative of Stole My Heart, the selected candidates will provide exceptional service and encourage customers to feel at ease in all interactions.

Job Overview/Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and opening/closing the store.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome and assist all clients while demonstrating exceptional customer service
  • Process cash desk transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Build and maintain effective relationships, including personalized client outreach regarding new collections, style recommendations, in-store activities
  • Capture and record client contact information and purchase details in store database
  • Meet individual and overall sales targets
  • Act as an empowered team member, displaying product knowledge and making suggestions based on clients’ needs to enhance each customer’s experience
  • Participate in product knowledge sessions
  • Participate in quarterly inventory
  • Maintain merchandise displays as directed
  • General shop-keeping
  • Open and close shop 


  • Positive and outgoing with dynamic personality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail is necessary (experience in lingerie industry considered an asset)
  • Evening and weekend availability required
  • Excellent work ethic, results driven
  • Proactive approach to workload
