The request for a return should be made to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of delivery confirmation and accompanied by the original invoice or sale confirmation email. If 10 days have passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any other reason than material defects.
Please ensure the item(s) are unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) still attached. Ensure that bodysuits, panties, and bathing suits are tried on over your own underwear - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be in their original state and deemed as undamaged/unworn by Stole My Heart.
You can return your online purchase to our store in Toronto within the 10 days. If you would prefer to return by mail and you are located in Canada or the United States, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to be attached to the original packaging and delivered to the appropriate drop off location.
If you are located outside North America, we will happily process your return/exchange, but are unable to offer free returns at this time. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
All refund amounts will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping costs paid at the time of the order and any duties (or customs tariffs) paid upon receipt.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Stole My Heart reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item and whether or not you're eligible for a return. Items not approved for a refund or exchange will be returned to the purchaser.
Gift cards and sale items are final sale.
Please note that item(s) purchased in store cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Review our in-store return policy here.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
