RETURNS

Online Purchases:

Returns are the responsibility of the client, please contact info@stolemyheart.ca for further information.  

Stole My Heart will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise (excluding panties, bodysuits and swimwear), as long as the request for a return is made to Stole My Heart within 10 days of receipt of and when accompanied by the original invoice or sale confirmation email. If 10 days have passed since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any other reason than material defects. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be in their original state, with all tags still attached and deemed as undamaged/unworn by Stole My Heart.

All refund amounts will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and any duties (or customs tariffs) paid upon receipt. Stole My Heart is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address if shipping has been arranged by another party. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Stole My Heart reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@stolemyheart.ca.

In-Store Purchases:

Stole My Heart will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise (excluding panties, bodysuits and swimwear), if returned to Stole My Heart within 14 days of purchase and when accompanied by the original invoice or sale confirmation email. If 14 days have past since your purchase was purchased, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any other reason than material defects.

All refund amounts will be applied to the original form of payment.
Stole My Heart reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.

Note: Gift Cards (purchased online or in-store are non-refundable and non-transferable).
