1. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?
We hope you love your purchase! But if you're not 100% happy, we will process a refund or exchange. The request for a return should be made to email@example.com within 10 days of receiving the product.
Please ensure the item(s) are unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. Ensure that bodysuits, panties, and bathing suits are tried on over your own underwear - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn.
Please note that item(s) purchased in store cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR HOLIDAY GIFTS?
Stole My Heart will extend the time frame for returns/exchanges on gifts for holidays such as Christmas and Valentine's.
3. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE CANADA?
Yes! We currently ship worldwide!
International customers, please note: International packages may be subject to import duties and local/domestic taxes upon arrival, which are beyond our control. Customs charges are levied by the country to which the package is delivered and are the sole responsibility of the package recipient. We operate legally, and fully comply with international shipping regulations. As such, orders will be listed at their full retail price on any/all customs declaration documentation.
4. HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated during checkout based on Canada Post or FedEx rates. We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders over $150. We also offer free in-store pickup for Ontario residents.
5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
We will do our best to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you live in Canada your item may take up to 8 business days to arrive. For other countries, shipping varies from 6 days to 21 business days. If you have specific questions about shipping please contact us.
6. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 8 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED.

Yes! Stole My Heart is located at 1504 Dundas Street W, Toronto. Our fitting area has been set up to accommodate private fittings, walk-ins and small events. Contact us to book a fitting, special event or just drop by to say hey!
8. WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
Currently, we're able to offer styles ranging from size XS - 3X and cup size 30C - 42H. Please keep in mind that sizing can vary dramatically from brand to brand, so if you don't think we carry your size, let us know and we might be able to suggest an alternative! We're continuing to work towards expanding our size range even further.
9. HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR MY ITEM?
All of our garments include wash and care instructions on the label. Generally, we suggest that you hand wash garments and lay flat to dry so as to extend their life.
