Victoria's Secret seems to just be waking up to the fact that it's 2019. The brand has finally taken steps towards creating a more diverse roster of models, recently hiring a curvier Lorena Duran and transgender model, Valentina Sampaio. But, some people are asking if this isn't too little too late.

Their Ex-CMO was previously quoted saying that the public isn't interested in watching a fashion show featuring plus or trans models and defended the brand's lack of diversity by explaining that they're promoting a 'fantasy'. Well, pardon us, but f*ck that! Promoting the idea that there is one 'ideal' body type is not only harmful, it's boring and completely untrue.

Our Co-Founders were asked to weigh in on Victoria's Secret's lack of diversity and whether the brand bears a certain responsibility in setting standards for inclusivity in the lingerie industry. Watch the segment below:

Stole My Heart was founded on the belief that every body is beautiful and deserves to be celebrated - a concept that, when we started out in 2016, wasn't very well represented in the lingerie industry at all. We set out to create a lingerie shopping experience that feels welcoming, inclusive and FUN. And, a big part of that comes from offering a great size range and a variety of styles. At Stole My Heart, we're proud to offer sizes 30A - 42H and XS - 2X. And, we promise we'll continue working towards expanding our offering as we grow.

Thank you for being part of our community and supporting positive changes in this industry.
